1. Order processing time
All our orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
After the order is shipped and received by the carrier, you will receive a track number with which you can track your package and see the remaining shipping time.

We offer international shipping services. However, there are some countries we cannot ship to. If you are from one of these countries, we will contact you via email.
3. Change of delivery address / Exclusion of liability in case of incorrect address
If you want to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email with the new shipping address. You should contact us within 1/2 Days. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
Note: We have a strict shipping schedule and therefore are not always able to accommodate changes to the shipping address. Please double check the address you enter before placing the order. We are NOT responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address.
4. Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel an order, please inform us within 1-2 Days of placing the order. Once the shipping process has begun, we will not be able to cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Lost/missing packages
Please make sure your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made a mistake, we take full responsibility for the original order which was made free of charge to you.
