We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the goods to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,

-unworn or unused,

-with labels

-in its original packaging.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.

Refunds

All refunds will be processed for the full amount paid for the item ordered.

Please also note that you are responsible for the shipping costs to return your item.

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not the refund is approved. If so, you will receive an automatic refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
